GROUP BOOKINGS & DISCOUNTS, FPA Members, SENIOR Cardholders & Brits/Maui Super Saver Cardholders receive 10% discount (max $20). Special rates apply to school, church & youth groups. 10% discount applies to bookings of more than 10 sites with caravan clubs & organisations. NOTE: some discounts do not apply for all school holidays, Easter, Long Weekends and Special Events.

MINIMUM BOOKINGS AND DEPOSITS: Deposits are required on all advanced bookings. MINIMUM BOOKINGS apply to Christmas - 2 weeks (Cabins 1 week), Easter - 5 nights and Long Week Ends - 3 nights. FULL PAYMENTS are required by the 1st October for Christmas, 1st March for Easter and 1 month prior all other long weekends and special events.

DEPOSITS/CANCELLATIONS Deposits & advanced payments are not completely refundable and attract the following fees.Cancellations for all high season bookings - no refund on deposits or full payments.  Cancellations prior to 30 days (excl High season) before arrival date can attract up to $60 handling fee. Cancellations between 30 to 15 days (excl High season)  before arrival date attract a fee of 50% the total cost of the booking. Cancellations less than 15 days before arrival date attract a fee of 100% the total cost of the booking (no refund).
