Melbourne to Phillip Island.

Take the Monash Freeway(M1) to Cranbourne exit, where you will turn into the South Gippsland Highway (M420). Follow this route to the Bass Highway (M420) which will take you through Grantville. Turn right at the Roundabout at Anderson onto the Phillip Island Tourist Road (B420) through to San Remo. Go over the bridge, through Newhaven to Cowes which is a further 16km. Once in the township of Cowes turn left down Church Street (3rd roundabout). Cowes Caravan Park is situated 1km on the right.

Lakes Entrance to Phillip Island.

If your travelling to Phillip Island from Lakes Entrance, a scenic route can be taken following the Princes Hwy (A1) to Sale and turn off at the South Gippsland Hwy, follow this until Leongatha then turn left into the Bass Hwy (M420), follow until Anderson Roundabout turn left onto the Phillip Island Tourist Road (B420) through to San Remo. Go over the bridge through Newhaven to Cowes which is a further 16km. Once in the township of Cowes turn left down Church Street (3rd roundabout), and Phillip Island Cowes Caravan & Camping Park is situated 1km on the right

Yarra Valley to Phillip Island

From the Spectacular Yarra Valley & Dandenong Ranges a 2 hour drive to Phillip Island can be taken from the end of the Mount Dandenong Tourist Road in Upper Ferntree Gully, follow Burwood Highway to Stud Road turn left down Stud Road until you see the turn off to Monash Freeway(M1) and then follow the same instructions as for Melbourne to Phillip Island above.
